Beginning as a lobster technician in Dingwall, Nova Scotia, I have continued my research interests in the American lobster fishery. Completing my Masters in 2022, I am currently a PhD student in the Rochette lab at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John.

I believe that the key to good fisheries science is meaningful conversation between academia, industry, and government.

Although I am constantly working in different areas of lobster fishery ecology, my current research is looking at developing a tool that can be used to predict future fishery landings.
